Is your cup of coffee half empty or half full? From a psychological perspective we know that Half and Half is a tricky method to decipher our ways of thinking as human beings. Therefore, this triggers our mind to think towards the positive, only for a moment, because we understand this mechanism is only a test. But we should never resort to seeing the cup half full only when we are tested. We should be seeing it half full on a regular basis. And we should be grateful for its fullness, not hatred for its emptiness. It’s all about practice and a positive mindset you build for your own success. Practice your optimism!
